What is an AGENTS.md file?

AGENTS.md is a file in your repository root that tells AI coding agents how to work in your project: which commands to run, what they may and may not touch, your project structure and code style, and, when agents query production data, which tables are certified and what the business definitions mean.

Is this generator free?
